How We Can Help
Treatment Approach
At Anxiety and OCD Navigators, we use treatments that have been shown to be effective in multiple research studies at reducing the symptoms of OCD and a variety of anxiety and related disorders, and improving the quality of life of children, adolescents and adults. Some of the evidence-based therapies that we use include Exposure and Response Prevention, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Habit Reversal Training, and Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics.
