Jenny Ratnovsky, Ph.D.
Dr. Ratnovsky is a clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience in helping children, adolescents and adults who struggle with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders, tic disorders and body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs). She has extensive experience conducting psychotherapy and consultations for people of all ages with various diagnoses and in multiple settings, including a university research center, schools, community mental health and private outpatient clinics, as well as inpatient and residential treatment facilities. Dr. Ratnovsky received master’s and doctorate degrees in clinical developmental psychology from Bryn Mawr College. She completed her postdoctoral fellowship at the Child and Adolescent OCD, Tic, Trich and Anxiety Group (COTTAGe) at the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania, where she provided psychotherapy to children and adolescents, worked on studies investigating the efficacy of different types of treatments for OCD and trichotillomania (hair pulling), supervised psychiatry residents and psychology externs and provided trainings to mental health professionals on empirically-supported therapies for OCD, anxiety disorders, BFRBs and tics. Prior to starting Anxiety and OCD Navigators, Dr. Ratnovsky worked as a clinical and supervising psychologist at the Center for Emotional Health, where she supervised postdoctoral clinicians and provided psychotherapy to children, adolescents and adults with a range of anxiety disorders and obsessive-compulsive and related disorders.
